Both are committed to assuring that healthcare providers and patients receive just compensation from the insurance industry, and to that end, are committed to firm yet professional representation of their clients. Lawrence and Linda also share a wealth of valuable insight in the complications of healthcare law and policy and make every effort to provide guidance to the provider community in our state in making appropriate decisions while planning for and reacting to new federal and state requirements such as EMTALA, Starke and HIPAA.
In 2008 I needed personal legal assistance for the first time in several years. The logical choice for me is still, after twenty years, Laddaga, Garrett. Lawrence has navigated me through the purchase of a business dealing with bankers, others attorneys and accountants with ease, efficiency, and the extensive knowledge to deal with all areas. The advise received over the years regarding estate planning has always included a thorough discussion of the options and sound guidance through those. The most difficult duty as a daughter dealing with emotional end of life issues for a parent and the legal work would have been much more difficult without the legal support and emotional and moral support received from Lawrence. Through all legal situations, I always return to Lawrence because sound legal advise from a person I trust is of utmost importance.
